Good to know
Do I need to book?
No. We keep some tables free for walk-ins every day. Booking just means a table is waiting for you, and you can book online for up to 8 people.
What if there are more than 8 of us?
Online booking is for up to 8 people. For a bigger group, send us a message above and we will see what we can do.
Can I bring my dog?
Yes, dogs are welcome inside.
Is there room for a pram?
Yes, prams are fine. Bring it in with you.
Do you have wifi?
Yes, it is free. Ask at the counter for the password.
How far ahead should I book afternoon tea?
At least a day ahead, please, so we can bake for you. It is £24 a person, and you can book it online.
How do celebration cakes work?
Choose a cake in our online shop, pay when you order, and collect it from the café. Cakes start at £28. Put the date you would like it and any message for the top in the note when you check out.
Can you post your coffee beans?
Yes. Our house beans are £9.50 a bag, and we can post them or you can collect them from the café.
I have a food allergy. What can I eat?
Every dish on our menu shows the allergens in it. Please tell us about your allergy when you order and we will go through the ingredients with you.
